DN20 Radio Frequency Card Prepaid Smart Water Meter

Major Function:

1. Grade the water price: The water meter charges for water consumption in accordance with the pre-set graded water price.

2. Remnant value alarm function: The valve will close one time if the remnant value reaches the pre-set alarm value.  Users can insert the card to open the valve till the pre-set value is used up.

3. Value return:Users can process value recovery, or card return procedures.

4. Digital display: Users can read total value, remnant value, total water consumption, valve situation etc. on the LCD display.

5. Anti-magnet: The water meter valve will close if interfered by strong magnet, which will lead to measuring failure. The valve will automatically open after the magnet is eliminated.

6. Voltage monitoring: The valve will close after alarming of the low battery. It reminds users to change a new battery and will keep the information in the water meter.

Introduction:

The LXSG-20/RF a DN20 prepaid smart water meter with the radio frequency card as the information medium.

It consists of water sale management, radio frequency card, and the water meter.

Application:

Radio frequency intelligent water meter is the new measuring instrument employing the microprocessor to realize water collection, processing, displaying and reserving. It is a kind of prepaid and smart water meter. Compared with the traditional way, the radio frequency card water meter can help to control user's overspend by prepaying for an RF card.

1. Make sure the pipe to install the water meters are clean, without sand, sediment, hemp and other debris, which will cause water meter measure failure.

2. Choose the appropriate size of the water meter which match the pipe. Water meters should not be used in corrosive liquids, and cold water meters do not allow access to hot water.

3. Notice the direction of the arrow on the water meter case, it must be the same as the direction of the water flow when the water meter is installed.  The installation location should be able to avoid exposure to the sun, easy to remove.

4. Water meters should not be directly connected to the pipe. They should be connected by fittings ( also called connectors ), sealing washer.

5. Pay attention to the connection length of the water meter, adjust the pipe line spacing, to meet the length of the water meter connection.

6. Seletc the network RVVP 2x2x0.75 or more wires, communication power AC220V.
