±5% at the Low-Zone ranging from min flow/Qmin (including Qmin) to transitional flow/Qt (excluding Qt).
±2% at the High-Zone ranging from transitional flow/Qt to max flow/QS (both Qt and Qs included), if for hot water meter, ±3% error acceptable.
